Stock Hair Systems
- ✓Returnable within 30 days of delivery
- ✓Must be in original, unworn, unaltered condition
- ✓All tags and packaging must be intact
- ✓Refund processed within 5–10 business days
Custom Hair Systems
Custom systems are made to your exact specifications and are non-refundable. If your custom system has a manufacturing defect, we will remake it at no additional cost.
Care Products & Accessories
- ✓Unopened items returnable within 30 days
- ✗Opened or used products cannot be returned (hygiene reasons)
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at hello@truehair.co.nz with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (return shipping at customer's expense unless the item is faulty)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
